The ISO (International Standard Organization) has just standardized a new symbol aimed at warning everyone - particularly non-specialists - of the danger posed by a source of radiation. It is a triangle on a red background containing the symbol for radioactivity (the 'clover') with an indication of radioactive emissions, a skull and crossbones and a man running away. This symbol may be used in addition to the 'radioactive clover'.  Get more details here.
